What a great kit this is; just perfect for those masculine cards we all sit around swearing about, trying to come up with SOMETHING to give to great-uncle Lurch for his birthday this year. (Yep, that's what everyone in the family lovingly calls him since he had quite a time attempting to get his driver's permit when he was 16.)
These cards are examples of life's journey, and birthdays are sure a part of that!
I kind of got excited about making these "flair" buttons. I printed out a bunch of the sentiments and used Copic markers to color them before dousing them with Glossy Accents. I also created the arrow behind the central graphic.
This card uses one of the cutaparts and a lot of white gel pen. I inked up, Glossy Accented, and added a wood title I got out of a bargain bin somewhere. Bet you didn't know Glossy Accented was a verb, did ya?
